It's an amazing map for dueling imo, but I know nothing about porting a map. is there maybe a Q3A port somewhere that might work out of the box?

Thanks. No Q3A version of the map exists. The map file is released under the GPL so porting it is possible in theory, but I'm not gonna do it.

(My time is very limited and it would require quite a bit of work with the lighting and texturing, also map file conversion from q2 to q3 has to be done.)

Additionally, while the map is of course available under the GPL, it'd be kinda nice if people didn't poach all of our content right away. Play Q2W if you want to duel on Lilith.

Well, I dont mean to steal from Q2W. I fully intend to continue to play and recommend Q2W, as I already have been. I just think Xonotic could use another solid duel map. I bet if spirit were to make an updated, sci-fi version for Xonotic duels, the community would embrace it(though I certainly would not ask him to do that).
