light bug?

In construct map there is a black box that appears when I shoot

here the lighting from the shotgun looks weird and it is not "smooth", these screenshots are from aghast and devolver.

I just run update.bat, so I have lastest everything.

Does it only occur with the shotgun, or does it happen with every dynamic light?
